About E-MAP

Workforce Mortgage Association’s E-MAP connects a participating Select Employer Group (SEG) with Independent Real Estate Experts who bring forth education, insider information, pre-negotiated discounts, rebates and concessions. This component is a wonderful addition to your firm’s Employer Assisted Housing benefit , financial wellness program or any government sponsored homeownership program. E-MAP is designed to serve the entire workforce with no financial obligation to the Select Employer Group!

E-MAP (Employer- Mortgage Assistance Plan)

How do I get started?

Workforce Mortgage Association makes it easy for you to adopt the Employer Mortgage Assistance Plan (E-MAP) for your employees or members.A Workforce Mortgage Association Account Manager will:

Coordinate a presentation and explanation of benefits to your executive management or human resources staff.
Provide a simple contract that explains the agreement between Workforce Mortgage Association and your organization.
Plan and execute a launch of the program to your employees or members at no cost to your organization.
Establish an annual outreach plan to provide regular reminders of the program's benefits to your employees or members. A dedicated Account Manager will ensure that the program is easy to administer and will supply all announcements, reminders, and collateral materials.
